  ketika lelah ku hanya bisa mengeluh dan tak pernah bersyukur dan ketika pikiran telah penuh dengan pemikiran_pemikiran yang tak jelas ku hanya ingin berteriak sekenceng_kencengya tuk luapin tentang apa yang telah di rasakan, walau kadang hati sedikit bisa mereda tapi rasa lelah, sumpek entah apalah itu akan kembali tanpa terduka, walau kadang tersenyum dan tertawa dan seolah tak ada masalah apapun itu semua palsu dan kebohongan yang tertutupi dengan senyum dan tawaan yg munafik, kepalsuan yang di baluti dengan kemunafikan tersimpan rapi tanpa seorang pun tau tentang apa yang ku rasakan selama hidup, memang ku terus mencoba dengan menghibur diri tapi kenyataan yang semua pahit dalam hidup seolah membuat kepala ingin pecah persetan dengan semua.
  hari demi hari yang telah terlewati mungkin telah menjadi sebuah perjalanan hidup yang penuh dengan kebohongan dan kemunafikan tak ingin rasanya tuk lanjutin hidup ini tapi demi seorang yang melahirkan dan ngebesarin dan ngebiayain sekolah,pakain dll ku kan trus mencoba menikmati hidup walau dengan kepalsuan dan kemunafikan, yakin dan percaya kebohongan dan kemunafikan ini bisa menjadi senyum yang menjadi kenyataan dan membuat hidup lebih baik..semoga

DEFINITION OF NURSING

there are probably many definition of nursing as there are individuals nurses. nursing has been defined as giving assistance to person who are unable to meet their help care needs (orem,1980). furthermore, roy (1976) defines nursing is promoting a positive adaptation to changing internal and axternal environments. then, according de young (1981), nursing is caring and nurturing of the physical, family, or community. each definitions by nurse leaders are a statement how individuals have vieweds nursing . each definition has been studied, debated, and researched. individual scholol of nursing and health care institution each select a definition that seems to best reflect the purpose of their unique organization.other definitions of nursing which have widespread acceptance are put fort by the american nurses association (ANA),and the international council of nurse(ICN). The ANA defined nursing practice as a direct service, goal oriented, and adaptable to the needs of the individual, the family, the community during health and illness, the alleviation of suffering of suffering and the ensuring of a peaceful death when life can no longer be sustained." the ICN state "the unique function of nurse is to assist the individual, sick or well, in the performance of those activities contributing neccessary strenght, will or knwoledge."

PATIENT'S PROBLEM WITH HOSPITAL

             Probably the common complain about quality of medical care today concern the dehumanization of treatment. patients are annoyed by curtness on the part of overworked nurse, midwife or physician whose manner is bit too brisk, patients sometimes complain of being treated as a diseased organ rather than a whole person. worse there instance when the patients are not given adequate explanation of their condition, of the procedure being used to diagnose it, or of the risk involved in certain cause of treatment. directions of taking drugs and information about their side effects may be inadequate as well. in effort to improve these aspects of patients care, the american Hospital association has issuede a "patient's bill of right."
             A further problem is that of infrasonic (doctor caused) and nosocomial (hospital caused) illnes and problems difficulties experienced by certain patients as a result of their contact with health institution. these mishaps include fall from hospital beds, adverse drug reaction, inappropriate treatment due to inaccurate lab test, anesthetic explosions, shock from electrical apparatus, and rare but frequently fatal; surgical error. but the most common problems are infection passed on the patient via hospital staff , dressing, injection and visitors. questions
